Fostering Diverse Communities Canada is a woman-owned consulting organization dedicated to fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in workplaces, communities, and organizations. Where are you located? Do you work with clients outside your region?

We are based in Red Deer, Alberta Canada but offer virtual consultations, workshops, and training sessions to clients across the country and internationally. We can also deliver in-person training anywhere our clients are located. We love to travel and are very flexible!

What is #IamRemarkable?

#IamRemarkable is a global movement that empowers everyone to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond. It’s all about breaking the bias. Imposter syndrome. Stereotypes. Culture. For many reasons, lots of us feel uncomfortable sharing our achievements. By amplifying stories and research on the transformative power of self-promotion, we want to inspire every single person to share their accomplishments. During the 90-minute workshop, participants will learn the importance of self-promotion in your personal and professional life and be equipped with tools to develop this skill.
