What services do you offer?

Our services include:

  • Customized EDI workshops and training programs.

  • Intercultural competency development.

  • Strategic consulting for EDI initiatives.

Can your services be tailored to our organization’s needs?

Absolutely! We understand that every organization is unique, and we work closely with clients to design services that align with their specific goals, challenges, and values.

Why is equity, diversity, and inclusion important?

EDI fosters a sense of belonging and respect, which leads to stronger, more innovative teams and communities. It’s not just a moral imperative but also a practical one, improving organizational performance, decision-making, and community engagement.

What is intercultural competency, and why does it matter?

Intercultural competency is the ability to understand, communicate with, and effectively interact with people across different cultures. It’s essential for building relationships, reducing misunderstandings, and creating inclusive spaces where everyone can thrive.

What is #IamRemarkable?

#IamRemarkable is a global movement that empowers everyone to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond. It’s all about breaking the bias. Imposter syndrome. Stereotypes. Culture. For many reasons, lots of us feel uncomfortable sharing our achievements. By amplifying stories and research on the transformative power of self-promotion, we want to inspire every single person to share their accomplishments. During the 90-minute workshop, participants will learn the importance of self-promotion in your personal and professional life and be equipped with tools to develop this skill. Sign up to follow our Eventbrite page to stay updated on the next #IamRemarkable workshop and other events.

How do you measure the success of your initiatives and training?

We use a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, such as participant feedback, pre-and post-training assessments, and progress reports, to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and services.
